Founding Principal - Business Transformation Consultant
As the founding principal of M2 SMART Business Solutions, LLC, Michael is extremely passionate about solving critical business needs and helping organizations reach new levels of success. His values-driven professionalism and heightened sense of business acumen earned him awards and recognition throughout multiple industries. Michael distinguishes himself from other consultants by combining his agile and energetic leadership style with extensive military and corporate training and experience to deliver immediate results.
Prior to founding M2 SMART Business Solutions, LLC, Michael served as the Director of Service for The Brandt Companies in Houston, Senior Facilities Project Manager for Comfort Systems, USA South-Central in Houston, and retired after a 20-year career in the United States Air Force as the Assistant Director-PMO for the Strategic Plans, Programs, and Requirements Directorate, Headquarters, Air Force Weather Agency, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
Michael is a problem-solver and change agent. He understands that listening and performing a thorough analysis is key to developing a successful strategy.
